Another month, another batch of games for PlayStation Now. This month sees the addition of six new titles, including Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and Detroit: Become Human. Black Ops 3 is arguably the biggest addition this month, bringing Treyarch’s popular shooter to the streaming service. Zombies, competitive multiplayer, and a futuristic solo – or co-op – campaign is bound to keep you busy throughout February. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be available until April 29....

Sony is planning to update their PlayStation 4 online services to include 2-step authentication, providing a long-requested and needed additional layer of security. Sony has long had an issue with network security on PlayStation’s online services, including massive data theft and server outages. Security improvements have largely been reserved for the server side of the equation, and understandably so considering Sony can make dramatic security improvements there without bothering users. Today, Sony revealed an upcoming change will tackle security from the client side: two-step authentication will be coming to PlayStation 4....

There isn’t a lot we know for sure about the PlayStation 5, but we do know that the PS5 will be backwards compatible with PS4 games. The PS5’s backwards compatibility seems as though it will be a key component of Sony’s next-generation strategy, as it’s been revealed that the console will support cross-gen multiplayer, with PS5 users able to play with PS4 players online. Campfire Games has been hard at work since its debut game, War of Rights, became available in December of 2018. Persona 5: The Animation is finally getting an official English dub, according to a brand new announcement from Aniplex complete with a trailer celebrating the release.
