Production on the Detective Pikachu movie is now in full swing. Filming on the live-action Pokemon movie began earlier this year with a release date expected in 2019. As this production continues, more details have trickled out about the movie’s release plans, including its official name and a brand new release window. At the Pokemon World Championships event which took place earlier today, it was officially confirmed that the movie will be called Pokemon: Detective Pikachu....

PUBG console patch 9.1 adds frame rate priority mode to PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, allowing players on the more powerful systems to get up to 60fps gameplay. The screen resolution for the new mode will be limited to 1080p. Update 9.1 also adds the new map, Paramo, which features an active volcano and flowing lava across the landscape. It’s also partly procedurally generated, so the new PUBG map feels different every time you play....
Mobile renditions of massively popular shooters are in vogue, with titles like Call of Duty: Mobile adding content such as Modern Warfare 2’s Highrise map regularly alongside additions to the mainline games. Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile is doing the same, with developer Tencent announcing a new Nordic-style battle royale map to play on exclusively through the mobile platform. This new map, called Livik, is smaller in scale.
