Towards the beginning of the month, Pokemon GO developer Niantic confirmed that it would be hosting some sort of Generation 1 related event sometime during April. Although details were scant, many Pokemon GO players were delighted at the possibility of some sort of event that allows them to properly celebrate the likes of Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur and other characters from the Kanto region. Looks like Pokemon Go is adding Eevee’s Sylveon evolution to the game a lot sooner than fans expected. A few players have stumbled upon a bug within the Pokemon-catching game that seems to confirm Sylveon’s appearance and shows which name will be used to make the evolution possible. A new month is here, which means Pokemon GO players are busy tackling the new batch of Field Research and earning Research Breakthroughs to score additional Legendaries. While working through all of that research, players may notice that, once again, Spinda looks a little different this month. Much like Unown, Spinda has a large number of variations that could potentially all appear in Pokemon GO. So far, it seems like Niantic’s plan is to rotate a new Spinda pattern with each month’s Field Research rotations....

Pokemon GO players will soon be able to start conducting special research for a chance to earn special rewards, including encounters with rare pokemon. Now close to three months after the launch of both the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X, comparisons between the consoles continue to be published. PS5 exclusive Rachet and Clank: Rift Apart is on the horizon, and Mainframe Studios is treating the fans with a surprise animated short on the duo. Made by the same studio that produced the movie, the 23-minute original story is available on the streaming service Crave. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart left quite an impression when PlayStation revealed its first trailer and gameplay. The last couple of days for Rockstar have seen the studio in the public eye for a wide range of reasons. The Red Dead Redemption 2 soundtrack may feature the work of composer Gustavo Santaollala. The famed composer has won several awards for his work and has worked on The Last of Us and the upcoming The Last of Us Part 2. Suggestions that Santaollala is lending his composing talents to Rockstar’s upcoming cowboy epic arose after a fan pointed out the similarities between some of the composer’s work. Apertura, which featured on The Motorcycle Diaries Original Soundtrack, bears a striking similarity to the music featured in the Red Dead Redemption 2 announcement trailer....
