Pokemon love has never been stronger and the series recently celebrated its newest release for the Nintendo Switch, Pokemon Sword and Shield. Between the Pokemon video games, anime, and other ancillary materials there’s a lot of Pokemon material to consume. The number of new Pokemon that fill the titles gets higher and higher, but the Electric-Type Pokemon, Pikachu, hasn’t just been there from the start, but is also largely seen as the franchise’s mascot....
