The auteur director has recently signed a deal with publisher HarperCollins to produce two new books. One will be Cinema Speculation, a non-fiction deep dive into the movies of the 70’s, and the other will be an official novelization of his film Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. The novel is set to go further into the lives of the characters played by Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt, the two protagonists of the film set in the golden age of Hollywood....

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart has a pretty tight narrative arc, all things considered. It’s difficult to determine whether Persona 5 Strikers is a complex game built around simple themes, or a simple game built around complex themes. It explores the ideas of friendship and forgiveness against the straightforward backdrop of a road trip, and asks you to complete a series of repeated tasks - investigate an area, explore a jail, defeat a mini boss, defeat the actual boss (a monarch), move on. But friendship and especially forgiveness are not such simple themes as they may first appear, each jail’s design is not merely aesthetic but metaphorical, and on the gameplay front the game’s musou mechanics can be as complicated as you make them once you combine them with personas....

Nintendo has shockingly revealed via Twitter that Pikmin 3 is being re-released on Nintendo Switch as Pikmin 3 Deluxe. Interestingly, this announcement comes just a day after the seventh anniversary of the North American release of Pikmin 3 on the Wii U. PlayStation 4 gamers now have access to a Twitch app that will allow them to view any Twitch stream natively, instead of through the console’s web browser. Twitch and Sony made good on a promise made during TwitchCon last month, releasing an official Twitch streaming app for the PlayStation 4.
