Valve will be bringing an in-game map editor to Portal 2 sometime next year which will allow for players to create their own test chambers. Players can create single-player or co-op levels which can then be shared to the community. Other players can then play and vote on these maps. Aside from “early next year,” Valve hasn’t yet given a specific release date for the Portal 2 level editor. The first DLC pack for Portal 2 was supposed to release during the summer but was delayed to the point where it released in late September, and considering how long it’s taken Valve to give any information on Half Life 2: Episode 3, “early next year” is probably going to end up meaning “sometime in April....

Though still unconfirmed by Warner Bros and Pattinson’s representative, Vanity Fair is reporting the news has come from highly placed sources. Original news post continues below. After recently returning to filming, production has been suspended again on The Batman after a crew member tested positive for coronavirus. Confirming the news, a Warner Bros spokesperson said “A member of The Batman production has tested positive for Covid-19 and is isolating in accordance with established protocols filming is temporarily paused....

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid started off with a small selection of characters to choose from, but now that it’s nearing the end of Season 3, the roster has grown substantially. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is ending Season 3 with a bang, too, adding a popular villain from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers era of the TV series: Scorpina. As of today, Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid players can play as Scorpina in the fighting game, with her entry marking the end of the game’s Season 3....

It has been roughly a month since Hasbro, Lionsgate, and the developer nWay released the first official trailer to reveal the forthcoming fighting game Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, but the companies have only confirmed a limited number of the title’s playable characters. Retro and modern video games studio Ziggurat Interactive recently announced it has partnered with Abylight Studios to reboot the Prison Tycoon series, and that development is currently underway on Prison Tycoon: Under New Management. This new chapter for the series is currently scheduled for a 2021 release on PC and consoles. The original Prison Tycoon was published in 2005 by shovelware publisher ValuSoft, and developed by Virtual Playground. It has had four sequels published - Maximum Security, Lockdown, SuperMax, and Alcatraz - with none of them scoring above mediocre review ratings....

The Xbox One has been having a bit of a rough time of late when compared to the PS4. In terms of public opinion, the console has been on a roller-coaster ride ever since E3. While Sony has (mostly) been on a plateau since the conference, Microsoft has been jumping around with a series of victories and losses in the public sector. A DRM policy reversal and non-mandatory Kinect have been high points, but just last week there were worries about the console’s capabilities when it was revealed that Call of Duty: Ghosts runs at 1080p on the PS4 and only an upscaled 720p on the Xbox One....
