Fast, furious and fun: the Peugeot 308 GTi 270 is an interesting middle ground between warm “hot hatches” (think Golf GTi) and “mad hatches” (think Ford Focus RS). The 308 is fun in a rough-round-the-edges way, feels premium and - provided you get on with the driving position and touchscreen and don’t need loads of back seat space - is well worth a look.
