Cynthia is shown in the games to have an interest in different types of old abandoned ruins and she researches mythical and legendary creatures. She seems to love these Pokémon because they are stronger than usual and she collects only the most powerful creatures.
It’s easy to miss that Cynthia actually loves searching old ruins for legendaries which is why it deserves a spot on this list. Few fans know about her exploration hobby but it’s worth learning about because this makes her an even more interesting character.
4 She Has Grey Eyes
A lot of fans don’t know the eye color of any character. Most fans don’t even realize what Ash’s eye color is.
Cynthia’s eyes are a beautiful shade of grey and it is unmatched by most other characters in the series because grey is an odd color to have for eyes and that makes them unique. It’s good to see more trainers that don’t discriminate based on type because that can be boring and much less fun to battle. Cynthia is one of the best champions for this reason and will forever continue to be because most champions seem to have a boring fixed type.
2 Celestic Town Is Her Place Of Origin
A lot of players don’t know where Cynthia actually hails from and it is indeed this town. It seems like the kind of place that she would come from based on scenery and creatures available to catch in the area.
This deserves one of the highest spots on this list because it’s extremely easy to miss the origin of the champion Cynthia and her place of origin is barely explained in the TV series or in the games. A lot of characters don’t even get an origin backstory of which town they came from which is why Cynthia is really special.
1 She Is Probably The Mother Of Bianca
Cynthia may very well be the mother of Bianca. It is a long-running credible theory based on their appearances and the different interactions between them in the franchise.
When they interact with each other they seem to have some kind of mother and child dynamic which leads fans to believe that they are actually related. It doesn’t hurt that their appearances are extremely similar and Bianca looks like a tinier version of Cynthia to some extent. This is a credible theory about the champion that most players didn’t know and it is almost certainly true because of how similar they look!
