Fairy-Type is quite popular, as it was released back in the sixth generation of Pokémon games. That was the first new type to come out in 12 years! Not only that, but a lot of the Pokémon of that type have interesting designs and descriptions.

How can you choose between so many Fairy-Types? Maybe do it by your Zodiac? Here are Fairy-Types that suit each of the 12 Zodiac!

12 Aries - Galarian Rapidash

Aries are born from March 21st to April 19th. They are known to be passionate, energetic, and often go into situations head-first. When you often lead with a head, why not include a horn?

Galarian Rapidash are one of the newest Fairy-Types. Like Aries, they lead with their head in combat. They are also known to be brave, which is a common Aries trait.

11 Taurus - Gardevoir

Born from April 20th to May 20th, Taurus are known for their devotion to their friends and for being hard workers.

The devotion of Taurus’ is much like the devotion a Gardevoir has to its trainer. Gardevoir are known to do anything and everything to protect their partners.

10 Gemini - Slyveon

Gemini are born May 21st to June 20th. A major trait of theirs is that they are in love with love. They love to get to know others and can be quite affectionate.

This makes them a perfect match for Sylveon, as it evolves from Eevee through having a strong and affectionate bond with its trainer.

9 Cancer - Alolan Ninetales

Alolan Ninetales are both Fairy-Type and Ice-Type, which helps them fit into the ideals of the Cancer Zodiac.

Cancers are born between June 21st and July 22nd. They are often seen as cold and standoffish, as they can be wary of strangers. They can dislike lies and small-talk, preferring meaningful relationships and discussion. Alolan Ninetales shares similar traits, often avoiding others or leading them away from its home.

8 Leo - Florges

Born from July 23rd to August 22nd, Leo’s are known to be proud of who they are. They love praise, attention, and to flaunt their talents.

In that regard, Florges is a great fit for them. Florges are beautiful Pokémon who like to show off their floral manes. They are considered to be lovely and smell nice, so of course a Leo would want one on their team.

7 Virgo - Clefable

Known as the Virgin sign, Virgo’s are born from August 23rd to September 22nd. They are often kind, make good friends, but are quite shy and timid.

This makes a rarely seen Pokémon like Clefable a good match for a Virgo. Both can be shy, but they are usually willing to help others in times of trouble.

6 Libra - Togekiss

Born from September 23rd to October 22nd, Libra is a sign that values harmony with others. They are often masters of diplomacy, as they dislike conflict. They are also connected to the element of air, and are known to have their heads up in the clouds sometimes.

Togekiss is the Jubilee Pokémon. Like a Libra, it loves harmony and avoids any place with conflict. It is also part Flying-Type, so it suits element of a Libra as well.

5 Scorpio - Hatterene

Scorpio are born from October 23rd to November 21st. They are known to make a statement wherever they go. They can sometimes seem intimidating and closed off to others. It is a sign that is connected to the element of water, which is an element of emotion.

Hatterene fits Scorpio because it is quite in tune with the emotions of its trainer. However, like Scorpio, it can also be somewhat harsh to its trainer. Scorpios tend to dislike passive people and aren’t afraid to lash out when messed with.

4 Sagittarius - Whimsicott

Born from November 22nd to December 21st, Sagittarius are known to love freedom, travel, and often have a great sense of humor.

Whimsicott is a great fit for the Sagittarius sign. They travel along the wind and act like tricksters, often playing pranks on others.

3 Capricorn - Zacian

Capricorns are born from December 22nd to January 19th and are known to be sticklers for tradition and discipline. In that regard, an ancient Pokémon like Zacian is a good fit for them. It is a legendary hero that comes from a time long forgotten. Capricorns tend to love such figures, and would give Zacian the respect it deserves.

2 Aquarius - Mimikyu

Born from January 20th to February 18th, Aquarius are known to often be humanitarians. They love people and having fun with their friends. One of the things they hate the most is loneliness.

In that sense, they would feel a strong connection with a Mimikyu. Mimikyu are Fairy and Ghost-Type and just want to be loved despite their true forms. That is why they disguised themselves as a Pikachu. An Aquarius would be a great trainer for a Mimikyu and give it the give it the love it desires.

1 Pisces - Primarina

Pisces are those born from February 19th to March 20th. They are often known to be artistic and into visual media and music.

In that regard, Primarina is a great fit for a Pisces. They are singers and performers and love to share their art.
