It can often be particularly difficult picking the right Pokémon. Players often have the original type in mind, so why not let the D&D alignment chart choose?

Normal-types can often fly under the radar and sometimes are seen as boring, however when examined, this just isn’t true. Normal-types include some wonderful Pokémon that can mess with opponents or do some huge damage. Although they certainly aren’t the favorites, they are undeniably useful.

As for your D&D alignment, it tells a lot about you. Not only does it explore your personality and goals, but it also highlights how you reach your dreams as well as what character you would be in your favorite TV show. It can also help you make those difficult decisions, like what Pokémon you should favor.

9 Lawful Good: Lillipup

Lillipup is one of the cutest Pokémon in the game, it is very loyal, and evolves into an equally adorable Pokémon.

The reason Lillipup is perfect for lawful goods is because of its loyalty, intelligence, and courage. Just like lawful goods, Lillipup respects both their own and their trainers’ morals and will do everything within those morals to win. Both are respectable, kind, brave and perfect for each other.

8 Neutral Good: Teddiursa

Nothing screams good more than a teddy bear, and when it’s as cute as that, it’s impossible to resist.

Just like the neutral good alignment, Teddiursa has a playful streak when needed but will battle with honor and respect. However, in the anime, Teddiursa was rather manipulative, it used its cuteness to get what it wanted. This is still rather similar to the neutral good alignment, although not in a negative context. They will use the law or a tiny bit of chaos to reach their goal, be that to save the world, or simply be kind to everyone they meet.

7 Chaotic Good: Spinda

There is something particularly chaotic about Spinda, mainly the way this Pokémon looks. With all those swirls and spins, it’s hard to not fall in love with Spinda.

This is why it is perfect for any chaotic good. They love a little bit of chaos, but when it comes down to it, will only cause it for good. Both Spinda and this alignment will act upon their own whims until it comes down to doing the best they can to be kind, loyal and ultimately good.

6 Lawful Neutral: Snorlax

The lawful neutral alignment acts in accordance with the law and their own moral code. For Snorlax, this is sleeping.

This isn’t to say that either is lazy, more to the fact that both are particularly strict on their own morals and will stick to them until the end, no matter how much good or bad it does to the people around them. Both are particularly stubborn, but can ultimately be relied on to do the right thing.

5 True Neutral: Eevee

True neutral is really all about unpredictability. This alignment is the type to change depending on the situation and their morals. Just like Eevee, they never stay the same.

What makes Eevee such a perfect choice for the true neutral alignment is really her evolutions. Just like true neutrals, Eevees evolutions are all so different, and in Pokémon Go, it is somewhat random. Nevertheless, the personality of Eevee and its evolutions make it perfect for those true neutrals.

4 Chaotic Neutral: Ditto

Ditto is perhaps the most chaotic Pokémon in the entire game. Although just a purple blob, its imitating form allows it to be a fierce opponent and a useful Pokémon to have.

Ditto is perfect for any chaotic neutral since the two are pretty much the same. Both have no strong affiliations to either good or bad, and both love causing some chaos for the fun of it. Especially if it frustrates others and makes them have to rethink whatever strategy they had.

3 Lawful Evil: Pyroar

Typically, evil alignments love power. Be it world domination, power over a person, or simply just being in control. This is why most will go for a legendary or the intimidation factor, just like Pyroar.

Pyroar is the type of Pokémon who just looks regal and respectful, but also like it could wreak havoc in the battle-arena. Being a lion, it is the perfect representation of lawful evil and would make a wonderful addition to any party.

2 Neutral Evil: Meowth

It isn’t the actual Pokémon that links Meowth to the neutral evil alignment, more its affiliation to Team Rocket.

Nevertheless, Meowth is perfect for those neutral evils who don’t mind causing chaos and will certainly stray from their morals to reach their goals. If anyone is a neutral evil then they definitely share an alignment with Jessie and James from the anime, and having Meowth will just complete the look.

1 Chaotic Evil: Obstagoon

It should be noted that this Pokémon is a dual dark/normal type, but that just affirms how evil this Pokémon looks and how perfect it would be in any party.

First of all, it looks deadly and extremely chaotic, somewhat resembling a badger, who are known for their viciousness and temper. Secondly, it’s battles consist of often taunting its enemies, something that chaotic evils love doing. They love taunting their enemies before brutally besting them, making this Pokémon a perfect match.
