The new year has arrived! That means, in addition to a new Research Breakthrough reward, there are also a whole new batch of daily encounter rewards that Pokemon GO players are able to track down and earn during January. The quest rotation is now in place and the community has already gathered a ton of intel about which rewards are associated with which quests, but information is still developing.
This month seems to have some kind of theme that features returning popular tasks from previous Pokemon GO months. There is an interesting batch of rewards up for grabs, with some sure to get players excited and many others that will go into the candy grinder just about every time.
Please note that this list is still developing and we’ll continue to update once additional tasks have been confirmed.
Players will quickly notice that this month’s Spinda challenge is going to be a lot more difficulty than usual, but Spinda’s novelty is sure to make it a popular task for the community to hunt down and tackle.
As always, this list of quests is subject to change whenever timed events kick off throughout the month. There will likely be tons of Totodile-themed tasks during Community Day for example that will replace the above.
