The video game figurine company, PureArts, has announced that its next premium figurine will be Eivor from Ubisoft’s upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. The game’s main protagonist will be joining PureArts’ Cyberpunk 2077 figurines released back in March.
Revealed during IGN’s Up At Noon YouTube show, presenters Max and Brian revealed the PureArts spectacle after unboxing the Tekken Devil Jin sculpture. The duo then went on to unbox a greyscale male version of Eivor, sent to them by the PureArts team. A female version of Eivor is yet to be revealed, although Ubisoft has announced that Eivor’s gender can be chosen in-game.
Not to be confused with the Ubicollectibles statue, the PureArts figurine is expected to come in at around a 1/4 scale made from Polyresin. Past Assassins Creed statues have all come equipped with LED lighting merging with the color of the character’s game surroundings. Bayek featured Yellow, Eizo was purple, and Altair was blue suggesting that Eivor may provide the green of the series. Going by previous releases, Eivor’s statue is expected to be priced at just around $700.
Based in Montreal, PureArts produces high-end collector grade statues from all corners of the pop culture field. Its latest video game figurines include characters from Watch Dogs and Dark Souls with Bayek, Ezio, and Altair already added to the Assassin’s Creed line. Its previous Cyberpunk 2077 figurine, protagonist V, pays incredible attention to detail and has a unique likeness to its character. PureArts’ Animus Altair statue won the Best Gaming Statue of the Year at the Bmutha Statue awards.
Ubisoft’s twelfth installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be set in 873 AD during the Viking invasion of Britain. The player’s protagonist will be Eivor, a Viking raider caught in a war between the Templar Order and the Brotherhood of Assassins. The Assassins Creed franchise has had mixed reviews for its various titles, but fans are hoping that Valhalla will meet the same standard as its predecessor, Odyssey. Valhalla is due to release in December with no delays having been announced yet.
PureArts’ beautiful collection of video game statues are prized possessions on any collector’s shelf. The exquisite works of art may leave a serious dent in your wallet, but many would argue that it’s worth it to have a life-like Ezio guarding your home.
