We are just days away from E3 and Ubisoft plans to kick off its keynote address with a big reveal. Rainbow Six Quarantine has been in development for years, but now it’s getting a new name to go along with its E3 debut.

From Parasite to Quarantine, and now finally, Rainbow Six Extraction. That’s according to Ubisoft’s official teaser revealing the alien menace you’re going to be fighting against. Extraction will be a three-playing cooperative shooter where you play as various Rainbow Six Siege operators to combat a rapidly expanding alien parasite.

“Since announcement the game has evolved a lot. As it evolved, the heart of the experience became clearer and clearer: operators uniting against a common enemy,” said producer Antoine Vima du Monteil in the developer reveal. “Learning about the parasite, how to overcome it, and protecting each other every step of the way.”

Creative director Patric Methé adds Ubisoft Montreal took the “strong foundations of Rainbow Six Siege and crafted a modern tactical co-op shooter where you’ll be facing an always-evolving alien threat.

“You’ll have plenty of different challenges to overcome, but you’ll always have one goal in mind: making sure no one gets left behind. It will be up to you and your squad to decide when to push forward and when to extract. As you’ll soon discover, Extraction is truly the name of the game.”

We’ll get our first look at Rainbow Six Extraction at Ubisoft Forward, which starts on June 12 at 12 PM EST (3 PM EST). Following the presentation, Ubisoft plans to hold an aftershow where three special guests will actually play Extraction live on stream.

In addition to Rainbow Six Extraction, expect reveals for Far Cry 6 and Riders Republic, as well as announcements for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Watch Dogs: Legion, For Honor, and Trackmania.

One game we won’t say is Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake, which has been delayed to 2022.
