Red Dead Online’s beta window has officially begun which means tons of players are busy causing chaos in the old west’s multiplayer sandbox. Even though not everyone has access yet, the community has already been exploring enough of the content to offer some solid tips on how to succeed in the Rockstar hit’s multiplayer mode.
In addition to figuring out how to get rich, players are likely trying to figure out how to gain the most experience points in a big hurry. Luckily for us, gaining XP is a pretty straightforward and painless process. Instead of finding ways to beat the system, the quickest path to experience in Red Dead Online is to focus on story missions.
It’s not the most exciting answer, but the faster way to gain a ton of XP in Red Dead Online is definitely to power through any available story missions. In addition to completing your own story missions, it also is helpful to make yourself available to matchmake into the story missions of other players.
It just so happens to work out that the story missions are pretty entertaining and many players will want to work through these challenges anyway. It’s very likely that additional tricks to earning XP will pop up as the beta continues, so definitely keep an eye out for those opportunities.
